	These are all from the early 1990s when Photoshop vers. 1 had just been released. The cyborg face on the right is all Adobe Illustrator (probably vers. 3). The illustration won in a national illustration contest up against traditional artists who came up to me and asked me what I was doing. They were still pretty early days for vector art ( that didn't look like cartoon clip art).  robo anchor Here's another early vector illustration. This one was done in Corel Draw (vers. 4 I think). The client wanted me to design a robot hand (with absolutely no visual reference) and ended up getting this ridiculous piece, but they were happy.
